Vocal Spotlight will be performing throughout 2012 for many events including meetings, retirements, conferences, conventions and more! It is not too early to request your date for holiday entertainment.
Vocal Spotlight has been performing for local companies, private parties and nursing homes since December of 2011 and adds an exciting array of songs from the toe tapping "Tuxedo Junction" and "This Joint is Jumpin'" to the dreamy "I'm Glad There is You," and the entertaining "When I'm Sixty-four" to their list just to name a few. Vocal Spotlight performed at the 2012 Jefferson Awards at the Columbus Museum of Art on April 5 2012. The Jefferson Awards recognize those super volunteers who make it their mission to improve the quality of life in Central Ohio. Vocal Spotlight songs included Dreamer and I Am That Man.

Vocal Spotlight performers participated in the World Premier performance of Karl Jenkins's The Peacemakers at Carnegie Hall, in New York City, on Monday, January 16, 2012. "The Peacemakers is dedicated to the memory of all who lost their lives during armed conflict..."
Vocal Spotlight also participated in the World Premier performance of Mark Hayes' The American Spirit at Avery Fisher Hall in Lincoln Center in New York City on Sunday May 29, 2011 under Mr. Hayes direction. Thanks to all of our patrons and supporters who attend the Vocal Spotlight performance of "Music & Memories: A Christmas Concert," in December 2011. Through our partnership with The Salvation Army, a generous donation of over $3000 was also collected to help benefit the needy in our community. Vocal Spotlight received a plaque of appreciation for their first year support for The Salvation Army.
